TERRY MASON
Owner / Construction Division Manager
Terry Mason is one of the original New Generation Mechanical founders, which was established in 2001. Terry’s 27 years of experience in the construction industry ranges from field mechanic to the overall management of more than 300 field employees. He has worked as a crew foreman and now holds the position of company officer and leader. Terry leads New Generation’s construction division with his proven business strategies and his top performing teams of managers and co-workers. His leadership and management in this division have produced New Generation’s excellent reputation along with its consistent and profitable growth. Terry understands the business, its people, and the projects. His experience includes personnel, field operations, estimating, marketing and management. |

FRANK MATTHEWS
Owner / Technology Division Manager
Frank Matthews is one of the original New Generation Mechanical founders. Frank has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry ranging from sleeve draftsman to project manager of multimillion dollar projects. He has worn many other hats from profit center manager to CEO. He also designs and leads New Generation’s business systems and information technologies. As manager of the Technology Division, Frank utilizes his vast experience in the designing and building of many of the world’s premier Tier IV data centers. He consults with businessmen across the world on the design and construction of their centers. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology. |

EDDIE HOPKINS
Owner / Service Division Manager
Eddie Hopkins joined the New Generation team in 2002. As an owner, he assists Terry and Frank with the overall company management along with developing new lines of business. Today, Eddie is managing and developing New Generation Mechanical’s service division. He is also assisting with the overall management of the company. Eddie began his career in the construction industry in 1973. He has developed an expertise in building and managing mechanical business divisions. Eddie is known by his peers as being professional, understanding, consistent, and very persistent. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in HVAC Engineering and Design from The University of Houston. |
