I am writing to relay to you the GREAT job your project team did on the Nexen project at Granite Park III. On top of having a very tight schedule with a firm deadline, (over the top) commission-ing and testing requirements, and a large team of tenant vendors that needed help being coordinated, Jim B., Tim, Jesus and Danny [Project Manager, HVAC Superintendents, HVAC Foreman] did a spectacular job in meeting the deadline of the schedule. The statistical data we put together is impressive, to say the least. Four floors, 100,000 sf, 1 service elevator, 95 working days, $4.5 project, completed on budget, on time. Jim went above and beyond making sure the tenant vendors were prepared and coordinated to complete the commissioning and substantial completion.
Jim attended several of the owners' meetings and had a knack for putting the project team at ease when difficult tasks and new challenges were presented. This was demonstrated and relied on many times on this build out as your team met critical deadlines again and again - and were successfully completed again and again.
Nexen was able to move in over this past weekend and it has been wonderful talking to their employees in passing and hearing them brag on how beautiful the new space has turned out. These are the types of experiences we love to have and look forward to working with New Gen again on future projects.

I just wanted to drop you a note to say how much I appreciate the excellent job you did on one of my recent projects. It is very difficult finding true professionals these days and I know there is no worry with you on board. Danny G. was exceptional also, hanging in there when difficulties arose and not giving up until the problems were solved.
As I am sure you can appreciate, the schedules and overall job challenges we face in the construction industry today are not getting any easier. It is vital that building owners and management firms have resources they can count on. One thing I have found to be true throughout my career in commercial construction is that companies are their people and the best will always have work. I am very pleased to announce that our project, MRI/Special Procedures Lab at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen has been selected the "Outstanding Project" for Category I3 in the 2009 Local Summit Awards competition.
Our project also won 1st place in the Texas Building Branch-AGC Outstanding Construction Awards (OCA) competition in Category IF3 (Interior Finish-Out 3 ($2 - 5M)).

I'm writing this email in regards to Jim C. [Project Manager] and New Generation on the jobs they have performed on my projects.
Jim has been the best rep of any company I have dealt with in the construction business. He has answered my call in the late hours of the night and always been helpful with all questions I have asked him. He is always on top of the issues on my jobs and it shows exactly how customer satisfaction driven he is. The team he surrounds himself with is just as great. Tommy and Randy Y. [Plumbing Superintendent and Project Manager] are tremendous assets to New Generation. Tommy has constantly gone beyond the expectations on my jobs and that includes all of this team also.

On 8-21-08, I attended and assisted the start-up of a couple of Daikin VRV systems at Crowley ISD. I would like to commend New Generation on their professionalism on the installation. The job was one of the best installations that I have ever seen with the Daikin product. All the piping from the outdoor condensers were absolutely perfect and the installation of the indoor units as well. I just wanted to inform you that New Generation will be a great reference for future Daikin installations.
